A full size coupe of the era has air conditioning, a heater, you can do the stereo yourself for cheap and bench seats are supremely comfortable. Also automatic transmissions and supple suspension is nice.

My GT gets just between 16-17 mpg when driving on highways and with traffic lights

If I start the trip timer before a highway only trip I get about 21 mog but it goes to shit once I get off the highway

Tbh I loathe to bog the engine so I'm usually in a bit of a lower gear than other people would be
