I've been browsing mechanic apprenticeships, they talk about it suiting school leavers etc.

Sorry, I should really correct myself - journal 2 on the crank is chewed, block itself is actually okay. Factory crosshatching is still visible. Would suit being reco'd.

Thing is, the block is pretty much stripped, I've kept all the stuff like studs, dowel pins, and the oil filter union for future use. Not sure if anyone would be willing to actually buy it, usually people on E Chassis Sales or something want a full bottom end.

For street use I don't think you're going to find a better coilover as far as that balance between 'comfort' and handling goes for our cars (think twice about coilovers if comfort is of high importance to you though).

However I've talked to a number of people and when you start actually taking them to the track, many guys change the springs out because they feel they're too soft up front and stiff in the rear.

Whether they're 'worth their price' I can't really say, for the money you're getting close to fully forged wheels from some other brands.

Yeah I've got my rear guards rolled, I'm running 295 rear and 255 fronts (just bought some track wheels so I can run 295 front and rear).

I believe I bought my set from MVP motorsports but this was when our dollar was doing a bit better. I'd recommend getting on some of the supra sales pages on facebook if you aren't already as I've seen some well priced KW's come up occasionally.

And yeah I can't really compare to anything but stock suspension either but I've really enjoyed how they've driven on the street and very briefly on the track. With a bit of experimentation with sway bar, alignment and damping settings I don't think you'll be disappointed but it might be worth checking out a few of the other coilovers some Supra guys are going for at the moment. I hear about MCA all the time now, can't really comment but people seem pretty into them.

If you're in VIC I'd let you come for a ride/drive...once I actually get my car back.
