Even GM is finally admitting that pushrods are, in fact, shitty old technology that needs to die.
kek!
A 6.2 Dohc would be impressive

Olds was working on a 7.5L DOHC engine in the early 70's, but it never made it to production.

They've done a DOHC Corvette before with the C4 ZR-1. It was fast, but very expensive so GM went back to making OHV engines for the Corvette.
This next DOHC 'vette will probably follow the same idea of being an expensive limited production car like a C7 ZR1 or something.

OHV produce more power and are more reliable (not talking about cooling systems), OHC are higher revving but do not produce the same amount of power (if the engines are running similar to each other)
The true 200mph at daytona godmachines still use pushrods.

nice, GM should "discover" 4.5bar turbocharging so they can run in F1

>Some shitty autoblog says chebby will make a DOHC engine
>It must be taken without any grains of salt, just pure fact
