For those immobilizer cars, you need time to work on them. So a cheap flatbed trailer attached to trailer hitch works. Put wheel dolly under tires and winches up easily and quietly assuming you got a normal (quiet) winch.

With GM cars and Onstar, you have 30 seconds. Break the window. Pop hood latch. Cut the battery line. Now you can winch it to the flatbed.
