I have a situation maybe you can help me with.
I recently had a parking collision (UK).
Me and another car were both reversing out of a parking bay, next to me was a big truck so I couldn't see round. The other car was reversing quite slow. So I was already in the road but they continued to reserve into my path. Although they did begin to reverse first.
In the picture.
Yellow: Truck
Green: My path
Blue: My car
Orange: Their path
Red: Their car.
Who is at fault?

No, they were in my blind spot as I looked through my rear window, I clipped the corner of their rear bumper.

Your supposed to rotate your head and torso around so you can see you blind spot.
DESU both of you fucked up for not looking at your blind spots. Whoever drove the fastest loses in my eyes.
