Why is it that I find when people over care for their BMW thats when it gives them grief and ages like shit. Myself included I'm on my 3rd e39 and I can afford to have it as a disposable car and I love it now more than ever before. I always thought the gtv to be a not bad looking car but yesterday for the first time I had the opportunity to look at it closely at a car park and I was blown away at how perfect the proportions were, everything was just right, and for some reason the pictures completely don't represent that, If you ever have an opportunity to check one out, do it. It looks contemporary and modern despite effectively being a late 1980' design
