Well, I've seen the nurburgerking on TV, and knw what real roads are like.
Real roads don't have a level surface, banked curves, room to take racing lines, or one-way traffic.
Real roads have potholes, bumps, white lines, manhole covers, speed bumps, and atrocious camber.

It's really bumpy and fast, with a lot of different radius corners. It's as close to a public road as you will get from a track. A car tuned there will be very well balanced and stable.

My friend that works for Porsche in development said the same thing. That if you really set it up for the ring, it isn't as good of a street car. I'm not sure why, as the ring is like a winding road, but maybe because of the long straights?
