Im a firm believer that everyone should retake their driving test every 4 years.
I would prefer full driving tests but that would be ridiculous so written tests will suffice.

I think better training from the start is more important. Highway etiquette, scrubbing speed before a turn, apexing, throttle control out, etc. Stress importance of keeping a proper distance from the vehicle in front of you.

No they just keep pushing more and more driver aids, rather than making better drivers.
