no it is a cadillac, back when yugoslavia existed they had oldsmobile and cadillac dealerships for rich people (comunist-capitalists, and people close to their dictator and for higher rank army personel) everybody else had to stick with commie cars and a few luck families could buy "muh german luxury" ( thats way the slavs and people on the balkan love german cars so much) american cars are popular aswell. rare cadillacs and lincolns like in OP's picture were imported for politics mostly over the years(especially cadillac factory limousines) and they can be rarely still found in the forests and barns but thats rare becouse in commie countries were not a lot of people in politics who had money for cars like this. There is a lot of pictures in museums with rare american cars in the sixties parked next to shitty commie buildings and even shittier cars, I can't even imagane what people were thinking when they saw a cadillac on the street when 90% of population couldn't afford gas, food, houses and appartments and other basic western luxury items.
