So I'm a student who's looking for a used car for about 5.000€.
The most important factors are:
>Durability
I'm unable to fix my car by myself and too poor to afford regular visits to the mechanic.
>Comfortability
I drive up to 1.000km/month so I want the interior to be comfy and to have some quality (the plastic in my current car is making all kinds of noises and it's infuriating)
>power
I'm not looking for a beast, but I can't stand the 60hp on my opel corsa. It should have around 100-130 hp

Don't focus that much on mileag Kollege. You look like you've put on a filter eliminating all cars with more than 80,000km. This criteria is too exclusive and you end up getting meme'd with the fucking avensis in your pic, shouldn't be worth more than 2000€ in very good condition.
Suggestions:
- up your mileage filter to 110-120kkms or so
- have a look at older french sedans. Might not look like much, but a good old Peugeot 406 with the 1.8 16v 110hp petrol with something like 120kkms on the clock shouldn't cost more thant 2000€ with TÜV new, is very reliable and parts are as cheap as it gets. Comfy as fuck and sufficiently equipped too if you aim for a refreshed version (model year 1999 and up).
- Other older sedans like Citroën Xantia, Renault Laguna I are also recommandable. Volvo S40/S60 are also good but where I am they are insanely overpriced. Merc's W210 are also a good choice, but parts will be expensive.
- I know those might not look as good as the e46 in your pic but they are all solid and comfy cars with capable engines, which if you choose them carefully (old people, well maintained) should cost way less than 5k€ so you'll have some money left for big repairs if need be.
