I'm curious which you think is better. I am leaning towards 4wd cuz snow and ice are popular. I want to buy a used one.

All I can tell you OP is Subaru works really fukken good in the snow and a number of people in my family have become converts after trying one. But probably whichever one you like better would be the better choice.
