My 360hp/210tq vinyl wraped srt4 on 13psi. 27k into it. The most reliable srt4 in the world. During winter I'm throwing a 70mm turbo on it and going for 500hp/570tq on 19psi
Rome wasent built in a day and neither are quality cars. I worked 9 years to get to this point.

'94 Supra GE-T still 10:1, HX40W, R154 with an EMS4424 with 419kW on pump fuel and methanol at the magic 20 pound, right about 300kW on pump fuel and 10 pounds in the manifold. Home made jobby.

11.2 on street tyres and all seats/stereo in the car. I'm hoping to get an eleven flat with M/T's and pull the stereo and maybe the rear seats for the run. I know the car has more in it, but I need to develop further to get it to go faster.

Thank you! It's a G13B engine. Stock distributor, stock camshafts and stock internals, pistons are obviously the low-comp ones and ARP head studs. The head has been ported and it's got solid lifters, it revs up all the way to 8500rpm without any sign of slowing down which is helped by the massive turbo. I'm not sure on the exact turbo specs but it's a T3 Turbonetics.

I'm amazed at how efficient yet simple the build is, basically the only expensive items are the turbocharger and the Haltech ECU.

Video related, it's the car on the right lane with the TNT banner on the windshiled. Mind you, the only dragstrip here in niggerville is at 2600 meters above sea level!

that means any v12 mercedes with a chip will always be able to achieve the highest indicated speed since the v12 models all should be capable of hitting 180 stock

They're mainly aimed at road courses but there are some excellent tools for drag racing.

In addition to that, I am running 19psi, full Kooks LTHs, HF catted H pipe, Borla ATAKs, 10% lower pulley, Stage 2 Perf Pack, and a mild driver mod from my drag racing days.

All in all it's a fantastic car. I wave to fellow car enthusiasts and they seem confused- Chevy, Dodge, hell even some of the tuner crowd sometimes. The way it sits right now with slicks it could run low to mid 9s with an ideal launch and shifts. Being rusty I'd probably run 10s all day and maybe squeak out a high 9 by 5 or 6 passes in. That's with good tires. The F1s on there would barely let me hit an 11.

I was torn between a Z06 and the GT500 so I went with familiarity and stuck with the Mustang platform. Still had all of my old connections, discounts, and such.

You're underestimating traction. The F1s these cars come with don't grab at all. 800hp puts you in the 8s.

In 09, I ran a 700hp car on the track with street tires and couldn't break out of the 12s. Earlier in the year I was running mid 11s with a 400hp car with slicks.

800 Hp puts you in the top of the eights if you are sub 2800 pound with minimal slip.

Your land boat with bolt-ons is not turning eight hundred at the tyre, nor do you weight under 2800.

There's a few cars in the top of the eights around me. Few common traits; four link or ladder bars, 285's or larger in tubs, Dragonslayer cranks, World blocks, Higgins heads or equivalent, Flying Toilets / SV1's / Fueltech with two rows of 1500's or larger on a donk of six litres or larger.

Bottom of the eights and these things are absolutely wild.

So no, your bolt on long tubes and a H pipe will not put your GT500 into the eights no matter how good your tyre is.

Best traction in the world can't help a heavy lump with not a lot of power. You need to start timing your runs at a dragstrip and not with your phone between stoplights as the numbers you think you and your car will do are way out of the ballpark.

I used to own an 8s car that was 2950lbs. It was 1200rwhp

The way my car is right now, it will run low 9s with slicks, ideal conditions, and perfect launch/shifts. If you pull your head out of your ass and read my post, I said I would probably run 10s for most of the day and possibly squeak out a high 9 with slicks. With the damn F1s, I'd slip so bad I'd be running 11s. That's not ego, that's reality

I have not put my GT500 on the track, but my last car was specifically a drag car. I've done it and I know what I'm talking about.

You can argue all day long, but at the end of the day I know what I own and have the experience to back it up. Go over to the weeb FRS/BRZ threads and pleasure yourself to your heart's content

My mom's got the fastest car on /o/, does 130mph with 1 gear left to go, I got an Accord now but it's not nearly as fast.

Fast as in I have to get to the next stop light faster than you, or fast as in able to drive fast without shaking to bits.

My 9-5 does 270KM/h (tested and I need a different tranny to push further since that's where the redline is on highest gear) and going around 180KM/h feels as smooth as 90KM/h.
Moderate power, 320HP at 540-545Nm.

Torque's the best, I actually miss driving my mom's car because it had the biggest flywheel ever, probably a longer stroke than most motors so it only revs to 6k and was a little monster at about 3000 rpm.
