Older cars it's easier, but newer cars it's difficult because of blinding bright blue headlights unless it's a really distinct shape. once mistook a jeep grand cherokee for a volvo 240, possibly the worst.

I once thought a truck's fog lights were a corvette in front of the truck. Turns out the truck just had a low body kit and there wasn't even a car in front of it

No, I rarely go the speed limit and have to be on constant lookout for the fuzz. I don't use the mirror dim at night so I can see the headlights better.
