You can get a Focus SVT for cheapish in the US, one of the few rare FWD cars that's near rally spec and doesn't understeer like a pigsticker.

Overall? I'd probably pick one of the Audi or Volvo rallysluts. Theyre pretty fun yo.

Morris Mini. Absolutely destroyed everything in rally-racing when it was introduced due to its small-size, light-weight, and FWD design.

Otherwise I'd give it to the EG Hatch or CRX.

The integra type r is the best fwd car ever made. Look it up. Handles immaculately and revs to 9k.
