Well it didn't have this problem before I got gas and put the heet in. The battery is fine it just won't turn over.

Just replaced the fuel filter

Did you hear your fuel pump kick on?

Dude it gets over -20C and I never used additives like heet. Everytime my car doesn't start it's always the battery.

Maybe starter, maybe fuel pump/filter, maybe a bunch of things, but its not the H.E.E.T.

Heet can't be the issue, it's just methanol and some fuel system cleaners. It'd be the functional equivalent of saying the gasoline is what's causing it to not start. I guess it could be bad gas but I doubt it. Does it make cranking sounds when you turn the key? Any sounds at all?

Basically it starts the instrument pannel up then suddenly starts ticking

Sounds like a starter issue, try tapping it with a hammer might get it to start now, but will most likely need to be replaced

Yeah it just sounds like the battery is too weak to turn the starter enough. I work as a lot porter at a dealership and have to jump cars in 20 degree heat all day. Half of them are too weak because of the cold. Need a little encouragement.

Not enough juice for the starter motor

Try adding some COLD to it.
