You need the transmission built by a shop that specialized in drag racing. Those air intake electric supercharged don't do anything. It's all placebo effect.

Here' Contact these guys about getting this kit to work for you. It will bolt right onto the engine, get you to the HP levels you want and is a fairly simple install, aside from having the transmission rebuilt.

Unless the computer in the car understands there is a supercharger, it's going to keep adjusting the rest of the car for regular performance, including its smart transmission settings, for normal operation.

It's not worth doing for that platform with an automatic transmission. As an example of too much engine power in malibu, the 2016 Malibu Limited with 196HP and 6 speed automatic transmission easily puts too much power into that transmission. It seems the 6speed was really for the 140HP smaller malibu engine after all. So I bet your case with the supercharger is going to result in the same problem your malibu's newer descendant has. Thus your super is not worth getting with that automatic.
