My family (7) toured all over Europe in one of those. The Autobahn sucked, doing 80kph with flashers on during hills.

I'd have one in the US if I could afford it now.

They're great for hauling bodies. Especially if you take out the back seats and drive it around like a miata. Don't bother padding anything, everyone getting hurled against the sides every time you take a corner is part of the fun.

That doesn't make sense. You like something for a reason, don't be afraid of admitting you like something. Even if cons outweigh the pros, you still can enjoy something.
