it's the sway bar, just unbolt it so it's not rattling around until you get a new one. take it easy in the turns until its replaced, no front sway is a recipe for sudden oversteer.

I think that's your sway bar. You can still drive, but you need to take corners a lot slower until that's fixed.

That looks like it's fallen off a while ago. I think it might have had a crack when it was manufactured that QC should have caught but didn't, and then it got worse and worse until you had like 1/4 the metal holding it together when it broke.

LCA is basically parallel to the ground and that inner tie rod is angled up. With loaded up suspension that isn't unusual.

The metal in the sway bar seems to have been flawed. Replace the sway bar, preferably under warranty because it was manufactured poorly.
