I don't like this 'weekend car 1 & 2', and 'just for kicks 1 & 2'. That just seems lazy and unimaginative.

I've made so many lists imagining what I'd buy if I won the Powerball. But here we go, I'll still stay under the 10 car mark, and easily under the $1,000,000 mark.

Daily:
2016 Honda Civic SI or whatever model is the 'top of the line', $30,000 max probs.

JDM/rotary car:
2012 Mazda RX-8, $50,000 tops after upgrades.

Towing vehicle/diesel (to tow track car/drift car/boats whatever):
Probably a nice 2016 GMC 3500HD Denali because I have a small dick, $70,000.

People mover: 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV, $100,000. I know, I know, two GM cars.

Muscle car: 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, $75,000

Electric car: 20XX Tesla Roadster. I don't really care what year. Probably no more than $100,000.

Sleeper Car: Probably just throw $15,000 max into my current 2001 Chevy Lumina rebuilding/upgrading for the fun of it. And to see how fast I can make it go.

Past that, the $1,000,000 is really my limiter. Because I would love a nice McLaren F1 LT as my track car, or a nice Mercedes 6X6 as my off-road car, but both of those are over $1,000,000 each.

So. Evidently, the majority of the money would go on the land, unless you get creative.
To my mind, 'creative' means 'vertical'. A 6-car garage on the bottom, and four on top with a lift to get them down.
Proper double-skinned construction. Reinforced concrete inside for strength, brick outside for aesthetics. Industrial fume extraction system, heating/AC, and a lounge in the back with computers, a TV, a couch, bathroom. small kitchen, and a bedroom.
No windows, proper pitched roof with storage under it.
And a proper hot water system for the bathroom, for showering off the grime.
