Not financially feasible. Anything is possible with enough money.
Literally why?
There is little aftermarket for the IS F and it will cost a fortune to tune it with the parts available. Better off buying a used e90 M3.
Also, the IS F's suck up until the 2011+ models since that's when they reworked the entire suspension and added an lsd. These cost like $42k and most have 60k miles or more on them. Not even worth it desu

The 2UR, like every Toyota V8 ever, will need some custom fabricated parts to mate with a given transmission. Not to mention that you'd have to deal with the electronics and getting the engine running right.
Honestly, unless you have some serious cash flow, don't bother.
