Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket oil catch for my PCV hose? I was thinking of this one
Damn, here I thought /o/ knew something about engines

I'm sure that's what most of this chinese shit is.
You got a better idea then?

Check out this thread

tl;dr air compressor separators like the one pictured work pretty well, but are ugly as fuck.

Mann Provent
Stop playing with shit you know nothing about is my advice, you are not a fucking engineer, you did not design the engine. If the engineer thought a catch can was needed they would have put one on the car.

>what is cutting costs

If engineers thought catch cans were necessary I wouldn't be de-coking BMW intake valves on a monthly basis.

BMWs come factory stock with catch can you thick-lipped retard.

You are legit retarded anon. Any car with an active PCV needs a catch can or it will gum up. Especially on a turbo engine where the vacuum in the manifold will suck the oil in even faster.
Do us a favor and an hero
So what are some good brands? Why are they like $100?

Only way to go unless you can support the airflow needed for a Walker Airsep. Walker have KWUG325-1 which is good for small gensets, probably small enough for your car engine. Max blowby is around 5CFM though, if you're choofing the blowby you will have to look at another option.
Mann + Hummel Provent 200. Get it done.
