Which is the best solution
>Buying a very reliable vehicle, but has high km
>Buying a low-mid reliable vehicle, but at a low km
In this case I have to buy a truck for an environment very cold and lots of snow
>price range of 4-10k
>Toyota Tacoma's in that price range are all 200-300k km, latter especially with 4x4
>all in price range are older models, with rust being a chief concern
>4runner is the same, a bit cheaper
>Ford, GMC, and other are 100-200k km in same price range
>newer models than Tacomas
>however may not handle mountains of snow as well
This is for work, so I can't just get rich and buy a sweet Tacoma
pic related. 400k km, 2009 Tacoma being sold for $8000 locally. What the fuck
the 200k taco
anyone else?

buy either from an owner that has taken care of it and has a folder full of services.

This.
Your being vague as fuck, you can by the "most reliable" of something, and still end up with a pos.
And what does handle mountains of snow well mean? I don't think I've ever seen a Tacoma with a plow on it.
>Ford, GMC with half the miles may not handle snow as well as a Tacoma
kys weeb

I'm not trying to be vague, but trying to be empirical. Finding an owner that has taken good care of a vehicle is hard, and subjective by different standards.
Handle mountains of snow meaning work in Fort Mcmurray, and able to get to job sites not plowed

come down to the states and buy a bobbed deuce.
or move out of your shithole to civilization.
