Can someone help me out with this shit please? I just got a new Subaru and it didn't come with the usual settings (Bass, Trebble, Etc), instead I have to mess with these levels which I have no idea what I'm doing.

The numbers on the bottom are the Hertz ranges. Meaning bass is towards the left, midrange is in the middle and treble is towards the right. Begin by making it all a flat line, and then trying out individual changes for each of the ranges.
