Where do you live where this is the case? Unless your driving some tiny car with a 1 gallon radiator capacity. In which case yeah your probably right.

Also I always use Prestone since that's the best brand my parts shop carries without running additives. At work we use standard autoparts store green for our recirculating liquid chillers so it's not bad but thats a different use scenario. Also its a 50:50 methanol mix.
