So im a poorfag and can't afford to store my car in a garage for the winter. What effects would then cold and snow have on my car if it was just sitting unstarted somewhere with no battery the whole winter?

Fill up fuel, take out battery (and trickle-charge it while out), fill up tires (52psi). Cardboard off the windows, if you can. Or a big tarp over it. If not, it's not the end of the world.
