not to mention older GTRs have clunky transmissions that are ass to drive on the road and have interiors that make a Versa feel spacious and luxurious

IMHO the only point of buying it is if you want to go around a track as fast as possible with little effort as possible
Or if see want to get into a street race with every 16 year old in a clapped out Civic
