I come from a family of nissan owners. My old man has a 1994 patrol 5L, a maxima 3.6L circa 2006, my brothers have 2x avenir station wagons (1x 4wd, 1xFWD) and I personally own an old 1996 skyline GT which gets used as a daily driver by one of my brothers.
But now im buying a 350z with MY spoiler kit (it had side curtains etc but these had to be removed due to zero clearance and grinding on speed humps). I want to know your guys honest feedback on this thing, I'm buying it with about 70,000km on the clock and will be replacing the radiator as soon as I've got it (due to the seller noting water in the transmission). This is the 6-sp manual variant of the 350z, 2005 model, pic related

OP here, not understanding the issue, our cars have very little maintenance needs over their lifetimes. My current car is a holden station wagon that has cost me almost it's current market value in repairs. By comparison my skyline cost me a $50 air filter and some tyres after my bro drove with bad alignment for like 8000km.

350z a shit. get a g37. doesn't sound like a very clean example either.

Already inspected the car, it's in immaculate condition with bodywork fully replaced. Why would you recommend the g37?
>>16164337
Essentially a 370z/350z but with an interior that won't make humans puke.
>>16164340
Only 1 for sale in my entire state, $14000 more than asking price for the 350z. Worth investigating?
>>16164337
why would the body work need to be replaced? crashed? if it was you should definitely not consider it. the g37 has a nicer interior and is less of a car for boyracer faggots. The vq37 also is less susceptible to burning oil like the vq35.

The bodywork wasn't replaced due to crash damage, it was replaced due to the low clearance causing issues with speed bumps. My friend has the same problem and now his sideskirts look like he took a grinder to them

So the car was lowered and the person was driving like he doesn't give a shit. Stancefag pls go.
Get an R33 GTR instead
>>16164352
That's strange, the g35/37 is usually way cheaper in the states than the equivalent 350/370
>>16164426
kek come on I'm not a stancefag because I like sports cars
>>16164431
>get an overcomplicated pigfat money pit instead

>so low you scrape on everything
>not a stancefag

owned a 350z for 4 years, it was fun to drive but spec oil pressure is 8psi. which is like keeping your dick next to a sawsall for an extended period of time, something might happen.
Plus what everyone else said. anything that moves on the interior and most things that don't move will need to be replaces once you use them.

>it won't be the first 350z I've owned, just wanted some fresh opinions on the car.
Yes there are better options out there but so far they're much more expensive.

My soarer rides higher than most modern SUVs and it still scrapes on everything, fuck off retard
