Has anyone ever beat a case

Not me. I'd recommend getting a lawyer. Ask the court house for an earlier court date. If denied argue that it was your right to be given a fair and speedy trial at the hands of your peers...If goven earlier date, you better go in there and take the punishments like a man. You fucked up.

i sort of beat a 25 over the limit charge (6 points on insurance and $500) by going to court. The judge knocked it down to 2 points and $150. I was 18, clean record and my mom went with me, so it was a sympathy thing, i think.
Never had one against me. At least for vehicles.
I did have one against me for assault back when I was like 16. Punched some cunt who called my mother a whore.
It was dropped immediately after the cops questioned me.
Just plead no contest

That's pretty bad. Talk to a lawyer and see what the reccommend. Depends on your record too. You probably aren't going to beat it unless you get lucky and the cop doesn't show but maybe you can get it lessened so you don't get raped quite as bad. You're gonna have to pay either way though. Pay the huge ticket and insurance or pay the lawyer.

For that high a speed, if you have the money, then you should get a lawyer and try to knock it down out of that ultra high range. You'll get it back on lower insurance rates. But importantly, it won't sit there on your record like a giant negative monument for everyone to see if they ever do a background check on you and your computer records.

yea, i floored it as soon as i knew the cop saw me, didnt stop, and got away
works every time
cept for when you dont get away
then it doesnt really work very well....
Pretty much if you're young just get a lawyer, the points and the insurance are going to be more expensive to you in the long run.
