How screwed is my chinese scooter why is oil dripping from clutch area

Black and oily everywhere the black grit could be belt but it looks ok to me

what i was getting it is that it is more than likely a clone of a honda engine, and that a motor cycle mechanic might even be able to help you with that seal replacement

is the scooter running badly? Does it need to be topped off with oil often?

It's gear oil leaking out i add some every 100km very slow leak
