The "giant iPad in the dash" look is pretty shitty lets be real here. It's worse in the c class and not that bad in the s class.

And Chris Harris preferred the RS6 over the CLS63 shooting brake, which is closely related to the E-class iirc. Audi has stepped things up massively with the current RS6.
They seem to be pretty much equal though, and some other reviewers prefer the E63.

E63 wagon may not be as good as the E63 sedan so the RS6 probably is the best performance wagon on sale currently, but it is no match against Mercedes or BMW performance sedans
