If you have no/bad credit, probably. You don't get stuck with salvage and insurance loss cars like ma and pop dealerships and you get the same rates.

Depends on the car, but anything you modify. ECU flashes nullify the whole drivetrain. Past 30 days on some cars they drop things like the Seat Heaters or DVD player, etc. They're usually pretty decent about everything powertrain.
