What do you think are some the best color schemes to date? Trying to get some ideas to go with dark blue, but dont want to run black or white wheels.

True, but that's going to be a very loud color scheme. If that's what OP wants then orange is a great choice. Yellow/gold would work too. A lighter shade of the same blue might be cool. Any greyscale rim would compliment it and look great imo.

The best advice I can give you if you really want the car to look right, you need to do the work in photoshop or some other program. Try out as many different combinations as you can. Play around with hue, shade, and saturation until you get what you want.
