Good cars if you can afford them new. Nissan blended style and performance well in the 90s and that is pretty much all you could ask for from a luxury brand.

Paddle shifting twin turbos isn't my idea of fun but it could be worse - you could be a nigger in an Acura Accord.

No manual, they're still the sportiest jap luxury though. Dat red sport. Like bmw equivalent, while lexus (merc) is all about muh quiet/comfy and their fsport line is meh according to most reviewers.

They haven't figured out that Power + Luxury isn't the best way to sell.
I also don't think that they'd compete very well if they tried to do economical luxury e.g. Lexus CT200h
