What are some things I can do to make my 110k mile car drive like new?

fluid flush check all fluids, especially automatic trans fluid considering you probably aren't driving stick

alignment

suspension stuff, bushings and shit

change spark plugs

new battery/upgrade alternator

tires/brakes duh

things that when all added up make you think hmm maybe i should just buy another car with half the miles

Also go and buy some stupid feature for the car that you will use maybe once and then regret buying forever later. Power seats is a good one if the car doesn't already have them.

No new-car experience is complete without something useless like this that the dealer talked you into buying.
