fluid flush check all fluids, especially automatic trans fluid considering you probably aren't driving stick
alignment
suspension stuff, bushings and shit
change spark plugs
new battery/upgrade alternator
tires/brakes duh
things that when all added up make you think hmm maybe i should just buy another car with half the miles

Everybody else has already suggested how to make it DRIVE like new, but the real cherry on top is getting a respray and defogging the lights. Makes the car actually look brand new and by extension feel brand new

Also go and buy some stupid feature for the car that you will use maybe once and then regret buying forever later. Power seats is a good one if the car doesn't already have them.
