It's with how the Forza PI system scales with certain parameters. The system more heavily penalizes improved handling/braking. So, while the new newer STis got fatter, they improved the suspension and chassis. However the PI system fails to properly balance this. There is a sort of cutoff in terms of how good or bad it can be before it starts mattering. However you shouldn't really be putting much stock into tyres ever. Chassis upgrades are meh for the most part.

Though, it should be noted that the 2004 STi destroys everything in the S1 category.

I generally do a strike system. First one is a free pass, especially on the first turn because shitters exist and there's a good chance it isn't entirely his fault
Second time I put my brakes on and just ride his ass. Most people don't seem to do well under that kind of pressure and they'll fuck themselves over.
Third time I pull in front and brakecheck us both to the back of the pack.
If he gets to the third time I'll actively aim to take him out for the rest of the championship.
If it's a team game and they're on my team I just report them.

Is it worth getting Windows 10 and spending hours disabling all the baked-in bullshit just for Forza Horizon 3? Okay Nerds. I've gone and gotten old enough I haven't kept up with the vidya and actually own some cars that are scary enough I'd like to practice some techniques through simulation so I'm shopping for a wheel, pedal and shifter that feel pretty realistic. It's a game about building a car, but that building process is really in depth, even more so than SLRR seeing how you have to select individual spanners and do stuff like adjusting the valves, etc.The driving physics seem really realistic (IIRC the dev used to work on certain rFactor mods) and it also has life simulator elements like having to eat,drink, sleep,etc.

Technically it's load transfer, but I'm not triggered. The game is far more realistic than I thought. I got my first wheel about a year ago. Worked pretty well with Driveclub, and I loved wrc5, but the first couple weeks of dirt kicked my ass. I got the swing of things though. Some surfaces in rally still trip me up though.

But I thoroughly enjoy that they have my three favorite motorsports in that game: rally, rallycross and ppihc. My only complaint is that there is only one Mitsubishi. There are about 4 Subarus and I usually stick with the Peugeots, but Mitsubishi is what made me love rally.

Beware though, completely turning off certain telemetry services will disrupt communication between the game and the Xbox app, and you will lose achievements and game invites. Unlikely, as I said if you set the telemetry to basic using the UI item you return to standard Windows data sharing. Basically, crash data that will be used by the developers to fix their shit and was the source of so many Windows exploits patches. During the OOBE go the custom way and uncheck handwriting sharing and this sort of things.

Depends on how you define bloat, but some built in applications may be running in a background suspended state (taking less than a MB of RAM and absolutely no CPU) and upon installing the OS it will randomly install a bunch of stupid apps you can uninstall straight away.

If you really, really want to manually tell the OS to download updates because you have a third world tier internet connection (like I do), you'd need a registry trick or the Pro edition.

And finally, you might still be able to run an upgrade, I recently installed W10 on a W7 PC and the OEM W7 key validated the OS.

I have said it before, the PI system is more heavily influenced by traction modifiers. There's a reason why high horsepower and AWD is everywhere, it has everything to do with that.
