Is there something like the sticky for italy/europe? I really need a cheap car that can last and wont break after 200 meters but still decent, not a 40bhp panda.
>>
>implying

Fuck you old 4WD Pandas are the reliablest things on Earth.

Posting here since I'm interested too.
My parents want to buy me an used car; I just want basic, reliable A to B transportation(plus I'll need to install lpg kit to avoid insane fuel prices.)
Note that law requires that the car has no more than 70kW(=93HP), nor more than 55kW/Ton(=73HP/Ton).

Any recommendation?
>>
>>16015120
Wasn't it 95 and 75 bhp?
>>
>>16015138
70kW=93.8715 BHP
55kW=73.7562 BHP

>>
Audi 80 B4 is always the answer for Europeans looking for a cheap yet reliable/very cheap to fix car.
>>
>>16015120

>>
>>16015120

>>
>>16015161
Shitaly
>>
>>16015165
Hum you could find a small punto diesel (no joke)
>>
>>16015153
this. had one of these as my first car. they are comfortable and reliable. i think there is also a quattro version. they use a lot of fuel in city traffic tho.
>>
>>16015155
Only one year after you get your drive license.
>>16015160
>>16015165
don't impersonate me.
>>16015161
>>16015171
Italy. My father wants to buy me a panda (he also has one). Is it a bad idea?
>>
>>16015177
I'm not impersonating you you fucking retard i'm italian too amd i was answering his questions
>>
>>16015175

>>
>>16015177

>>
>>16015190

>>
>>16015177
>Only one year after you get your drive license.
Get the cheapest shitbox you can find. It's just for one year, surely you'll be buying a real car (200+hp) when you can.
>>
>>16015041
90s era French diesels. Cheap and pretty much bulletproof. I have owned 90s era cars of the three big French, abused them, and they all took it like champs.

Sold my Renault 19 at 250k km, crashed my Citroën Evasion at 180k km and I currently own a Citroën ZX with 155k km on the odo. In the process of owning all those cars I reckon I spent more on replacing tires rather than actual parts.
>>
>>16015201
>He doesn't know

Here in Pizzaland we have a super cartax for 185+ KW cars, 20 € for every KW over 185. It applies to every car not older than 30 years. Our shithead politicians thought it was an equity tax fot the richest, it's destroying our used car market.
>>
>>16015225
So get a 150kw or something.
>>
so either a clio or a twingo, maybe a panda, got it.
any sticky-like tips? common issues? are the back seats cramped? mileage?
>>16015201
>surely
i won't. i can't afford two cars.
>>
>>16015252
Sell or even scrap the shitbox you stupid pizzaman.
Are you seriously gonna buy a 75hp shitbox and drive it for like 5 years?
Just get a real car as soon as you can dude
>>
>>16015225

In spain I can have any car with more than 25 years insured for 100€ per year and no road tax. I think I should pay you spaghettis a visit.

List cars > 185kw
>>
>>16015255
i'll just get decentbox.
my father has been driving his panda for 7 years.
>for like 5 years?
more like for the rest of my life lol
>>
>>16015280
Holy shit you're one of the most unambitious car persons I've ever come across.
Why are you even on /o/? Do you even, like, you know, like cars?
>>
>>16015275
It's the same here in Italy but with 30+ years cars. Until last year it was for 20+ years cars, thanks Renzi.
>>
>>16015155
I live in France. There is no legal limit on a car's power, but pretty much every insurance company will refuse a car with more than 130hp if you have a learner's permit.

I am 18, started driving 2 years ago and passed my license a few months ago, drive a 136hp car that weights 1.5 fucking ton and it took me weeks to find an insurance that would accept it.

Europe is cucked m8.
>>
>>16015288
it's my first time here of course, i just came here for advice. i didn't even get a driver license yet.

Speak for your own country, not the continent itself.
Eastern European here. I'm 18. I drive pic related (2.5 petrol). The insurance is 300 euros a year. It would cost 330 if it was a 3 liter.
>>
>>16015041
If you're looking for both cheap and reliable you should be looking at Japanese cars. EU cars are typically one or the other.
>>
>>16015308
>The insurance is 300 euros a year
Thats still two months of wages, genius.
>>
>>16015311
Except that they're not. Audi 80, VW Golf, VW Passat, Peugeot 205, Peugeot 106, Mercedes diesels are fucking troopers, plus parts are plenty and cheap.
>>
>>16015321
Half of the average monthly netto wage

>>16015225
So get something older than 30 years.
>>
>>16015041
>s there something like the sticky for italy/europe?
No need for one when the twingo exists
>>
Why not the Panda? It may be low on BHP but its very light and generally reliable.

Fiat Uno, Fiat Seicento, Peugeot 205, Peugeot 106, Ford Fiesta, Fiat 127, Fiat 126, Renault 4, Renault 5, Citroen 2CV, Citroen Dyane, Suzuki "Jeep", Lada Niva, Alfa 33.

Probably the most fun you can get is the Alfa 33, unless you want to go pre 80's
>>
Fiat Uno Turbo is the answer.
>>
>>16015451
Too powerful.
>>
>>16015438
The alfa 33 is perfect but i can only find some for 2000€ that have already 250000 kms
>>
>>16017025
Were are you?

Look at this one.

25,000km
4x4 version
1.5 engine

Note good that the 1.5 engine with 1 carb is less 83 horse potences.
The two carb version and all other versions of the 1.5 are more than 93HP.
All 1.3 veriants are less than 93hp
>>
>>16017167
It has to be 75 bhp per ton, sorry
>>

>>

>>
>>16015120

jesus fuck that's pathetic.
