I still change the oil every 3 months, but I put in a quart every month or so (when the oil level is low).

I don't have any leaks and I don't leave any oil slicks where I park so idk dude

If you drove 20k in two months I don't think a quart a month is bad. Just seems like typical Honda shit, my K24a4 probably burns half a quart every 3k.
I know it sounds weird but unless you have some yellow sludge in your oil I wouldn't be extremely concerned, how many miles are on it?

it's about to hit 159k in the next day or two.

Not worried. Same deal with my old acura legend that beast of a car made it to 220k miles with hardly any maintenance besides checking the oil
