If you are talking the GTE era that's been running since 2012, statistically the best and most successful car is the Ferrari 458 GT2. It's won numerous races and several team and driver championships.It's also won two GTE-Pro victories at the LM24 and another two wins in the GTE-Am class. It's even still running (and winning) in the ELMS. .

Ford GT isn't even close to the numbers.
