Not sure if anyone here is interested/has knowledge of 4 wheel drive issues, but I'm stumped.
I have a 2005 F150 FX4, I have replaced all ball joints and wheel bearings. Also recently replaced both outer tie-rod ends and cv shafts. I put new struts and coils in the front that give me a 1" lift in the front. Since the install I have a slight clicking in when turning left. This clicking used to be when turning right, as i had one cv shaft that was ready to be replaced. Also had one bad wheel ends, and replaced both along with the vacuum actuator. I have good vacuum at both wheel ends and still cannot figure out what is causing the clicking. Please help
Could one of the ball joints perhaps need lubrication?
no sir. they are well greased. greased them before i took it off the jack and started having this problem in fact.

Is it just a single click when you start turning to the left, or continous?
Does it occur both when moving and standing still, or in just one scenario?
How far are your axles stretching now?
It is continuous and they're really not stretching far at all

Should've taken it to a professional.
I put my money on a shitty , poorly packed CV
Bad CV shaft would be my first guess.
Are they the same length by any chance? Swap them out if so.

Check the front diff. I've seen jeeps click in the diff, usually from low oil.
Open fill hole, stick in pinky, see if you can feel fluid.
Get both front wheels up and spin them. Listen at the bearing/rotor, diff, and ujoint.
4wd Fords are good for racks too. Pull the Inner tiered boots and look to see if you have fluid.
