Hey, So I never see them mentioned or talked about (Good OR bad) but I was wondering what /o/'s opinion on WJ jeeps is? I have an 04 I bought on impulse almost a year ago, and its not bad, but I may have liked my ZJ more, despite what a beater it was. Just wondering what people here think, or what I need to watch out for/parts I should buy. INB4 4runners are just better. (They are always broken or have the v6 or are selling for wayyyyy too much around here in the mountains) "Luxury" used SUV's thread I guess.

Why are yota people such fucking worthless pricks? My dream truck is an 80's 4runner or a pickup but all you want to do is talk shit. Also honestly I paid 7k in cash for mine, but yeah, I could have done better. Not looking to compare or get shat on, just wanted to talk about them since I have one, and I happen to fin it a fun capable vehicle.

I bought a wj as a beater. 4wd v8. I love it, had it about two years. Nice little SUV. I used it for road trips, occasionally go fuck around in the mud. No issues so far. 160k miles.

Thats awesome man, my ZJ had the 5.2 and it was sweet. My WJ has the 4.0 I6, and while I wish it was a LITTLE more powerful at pulling its heavy weight, Its torquey (Is tourquey a word? you know what I mean) as fuck. Did pretty good in snow, felt effortless compared to my old GC, which just beasted its way up everything.

Thats how I feel, Last usage of the 4.0 too, I never thought id want anything newer than a ZJ from Jeep, but now im wondering if ill be saying the same thing about this years GC's in 10 years?
