Wow that's a fucking shit crop didn't notice that when I downloaded it

I have an unessasary amount of steering angle so I can basicly just cut the wheel, clutch kick, then pull a 180 in place without my inboard tire really moving, just pivoting on it's self.
It's honestly made driving thru tight places alot easier to do.

lmfao

Perfect

that's quite obscene

You don't. Why anyone would even weld their diff is bonkers. Just get a proper locker it isnt that expensive.
I can't even imagine what cornering with a welded diff would feel like.
all that massive body flex would probably drive me insane, too.
>>15989293
doesn't the tire rub at that angle?
I don't have a welded diff, but even I do a clutch dump/kick u turn when there aren't many people around. It's especially easy in the rain.

My bus rider detector is off the charts
Wouldn't it just chirp the wheels like if you had a spool? What happens with a welded diff?
>>15991408
All it does is chirp the tires and make weird noises and shakes
A spool is the same shit as welded diff just a cheaper way of doing it
>>15991421
oh thanks. well in that case, just do a regular u turn and deal with accelerated tire wear. and dont get overzealous in the corners unless you want to drift
>>15988295
Most of the time I just drifted my way around town

Have offset & angled tension rods, with +30mm wider fenders, and modified shortened/reinforced/dropped possition steering knuckles, so I get almost 70° of angle, but I do rub on stock sway bar before I could get to "full lock"
>>15989293
>>15992061
Self-modified the knuckles or get them from those dudes who do the core exchange? Did you choose not to go with the PBM steering angle kit because $$$?
Why aren't your ebay-tier front fenders actually well-fitted? Why not get some shine auto fronts, or r-magic?
>>15992301
Silvermine motor knuckles, shipped mine out while borrowing someones. Talked to the dude who does them & had them set up so they'd be good for stock to 10mm extanded LCA's and he heats them before welding so good quality & strong.
ISR suspenion since I'm a fanboy for their shit. PBM, wisefab, & GKtech have way too much markup that aren't worth it imo since their quality isn't anything better, but people seem to think they are since higher pricetag.
Megan racing was shit tho, had them before ISR.

Also if I hit a curb the ISR has a bolt thats designed to take the impact & snaps to save my Nismo power brace, meanwhile the PBM takes out my brace, LCA & subframe.
And just like my dflex fenders, shine auto, rmagic, origin, etc need to be fitted.
Mine already are, but I have my fender extentions, valances, & sideskirts off till I get my car painted.
Local kid was complaining on Facebook that his Rocket bunny kit didn't fit exactly right out the box.

But how does that help you with a welded diff? Is it spinning in place and pivoting at the same time?

ment the front inboard tire thats turned
welded diff just locks up both rears & doesn't reopen off throttle like some LSD's, so the rears just kinda slide together & makes the rear rotate around the pivoting front.
shitty old .gif of me being an ignorant 17 year old back when I had stock angle, but after the first 180 when I do the 360 you can kinda see what I mean except theres a little bit of roll with the inboard.
