Is this site reputable? I didn't have it when I bought it (used) and I think ill save $300 in gas using cruise control.

how the fuck is cruise control going to save you 300 bucks in gas?
unless you're an erratic fuck on the gas pedal. cruise isn't magic and gets midgets on unicorns to push your car. it maintains speed.

Yes but going 350miles while constantly +-3 mile difference is rather annoying and yes throughout the car's lifetime, I imagine roughly $300 will be saved.

The difference is minute, but you will almost always see better gas mileage with cruise control than just using the pedal especially on longer trips.
Maybe stop being so twitchy with the gas and use that money for gas
Sounds like a better investment
Cruise control sucks

>Using that logic
I should move to a third world country because luxuries like having a burger made for me at the wave of paper sucks. I should result to drinking straight from the river instead of using a cup because cups suck.

>and yes throughout the car's lifetime, I imagine roughly $300 will be saved.
This is a joke, right?
How about you use towels instead of toilet paper from now on?
Will have saved you approx. $2000 by when you leave this world.

No matter how good you think you are, cruise control is better at maintaining speed and consistency is what makes the MPGs

Yeah, saving $300 in 15 years is amazing
>>15988312
If you think a person who drives 20,000miles a year will only save $300 in 15 years then get off this board and do your homework.

I like to engage cruise control and take my hands off the wheel and pretend I'm in a self driving car with AI. But it's an evil A.I. and it keeps trying to kill me
>get 40mpg+ without cruise control
I spend like a grand on gas per year at the most so i doubt it would save $300 in even 20 years
