I don't think there are established ways to transport cars from Russia. You would need to transport it to some port, then put it on a ship in a general-purpose container. Of course you'd need some local to do a bit of paperwork. Seems nuts. You can buy one personally in Far East, take a boat to Alaska and drive it home (it will break along the way. Well, like any other car over that distance).
