What is bang for the buck: the thread
Hey stupids, I'm sure Ford's exotic rare supercar is the best thing ever, but since I'm not a heart surgeon I'll never know firsthand.
Guess I'll have to rip sik skids in my used everyman supercar instead, while working my low stress 9 to 5 job.

Why do you love the Ford GT so much? It's like obsessing about the Space Shuttle for all the good it's going to do you.

Aside from all the raging weeaboos whom are still completely devastated from pic related, its widely accepted among the automotive community that Corvette is the best value performance car in history.

Just think what that extra $30k would do to the Vette if you modded it to be equal in price.....

Nissan confirmed for gaijin-hating faggots
>>15876285
Not shown: lap 2
Nissan only good for 1 lap before failure, see: >>15876188

>implying a corvette can complete a lap without exploding
Gm fangirls are extra delusional today
>>15875675
Its called Teething, whenever a new vehicle comes out it has issues that need to be worked out. Like the GTR blowing its transmissions, GT350R first run has a TSB out for Transmission that needs to be replaced. The Focus RS AWD System destroys itself under high stress and turns the car FWD after heavy usage.

ROFLMAO, GM FANGIRLS THIS DESPERATE
For an extra $30,000 the GT-R had damn well better be a faster car.
Too bad it's Nissan quality though. Sort of like the Dodge Challenger Hellcat- neat, but probably shit tier build and reliability.
Toyota, please step up and make a cool sports car, please.

Are the corvette engineers still cucking every other car in GM's stable from being faster than their precious corvette?

nisan never had glass transmissions, that would break if you did too many launches and not be covered under warranty.
>>15885287
The ads are accurate, Ford's new aluminum soda can of a bed can't handle a toolbox dropping into it.
Stay retarded.
>>15885581
You missed the point.
>REAL PEOPLE NOT ACTORS
>OH MY GOD IS DIS A BMW
Regardless, if you want to use their scientific method of dropping a toolbox in the bed of the truck the Silverado technically failed as well.
> GM admits in the detailed test results
> the bed of the Silverado finally developed a pinhole puncture after multiple toolbox drops.
One major difference is that the Ford won't rust away after being pierced.
Personally my truck has a bed liner. I honestly don't know a single person that doesn't use a bed liner for a work truck.
We have roll on liner on the truck at work. I'd rather use a drop in as things still slide freely. Drop in liners clean up easier as well.
The 85 Scottsdale I had didn't have a bed liner. Used it primary as a wood hauler. Bed was rotted out everywhere the wood dented the bed and ruined the paint. Truck needed a new frame anyways though.

>>15887207
In fairness, why they hell would you use a soft metal for the bed of a pickup?
>>15887253
That is a really good point thought. Like why not just have a steel bed surface and aluminum everywhere else?
>>15887253
>>15887270
In all fairness, why the fuck would anyone keep a styleside bed for commercial purposes instead of a dropside tray?
