I actually fixed that sound the other day.
Turns out, the rattle with any sort of bass was a pen I'd tossed into the passenger door pocket and forgotten about like an idiot.

Otherwise, the occasional clonk is from something sliding around in the boot, and the buzzes are from the door pockets vibrating. I am unwilling to fill them with expanding foam as a damper.
