I see a Ford Falcon UTE so my closest guess would be Australia but i don't think Australia is that green so my other guess would be New Zealand.

Looks like that building on the far right is the Scarborough Hotel in Scarborough, NSW, Australia.

Section of road right after the "Nasho" - the Royal National Park - which a lot of people call "Gods Racetrack". Going southbound there's a whole lot of faster stuff and at the South end it gets pretty technical.

If I had to guess why the Impala is there, there's often car shows down in Stanwell Park, about 10 minutes north of where this photo was taken. It'd probably be from there.
