thanks... was in DPW one year and got a kick out of this.
big red is the shit, and still does real work in the two months before burning man... mostly moving around crazy people and the materials used for the shade structures.
The parade is fucking crazy, as you probably noticed. DPW busts ass in the sun for free for like 5 weeks building the city and the only visibility they get is that damn parade, so of course the only option is to make as big a spectacle of yourself as possible. hope it didn't get too hostile this year
