I had a pathfinder jacked up on 33 swampers that would go fucking anywhere. I used to replace the half axles every couple of months because I had it the suspension all fucked up to get it high enough to clear. I had the vatozone life time replacement ones. I could replace all the half axles in about an hour from pulling into the driveway to pulling out of it.


I miss that little SUV, it rusted to nothing but I did take it on the beach a lot so that's my fault.

Mate I've had a GQ Patrol, Holden Rodeo and now I'm on the Cruiser. Taken them all a good distance, done some pretty cool things in them.

But I got completely outclassed by this old dude in a early nineties Pathy. Stomped. That thing went anywhere he wanted with no bashing about and he did every line we did. I've had respect for the old Pathy since.

The LSD in them is noice. You scab the centres out for Patrol front diffs for twin LSD. I had a front lunchbox locker in the old Pootrol myself but I've seen it done and it's not too bad at all.
