It looks similar to this

which is a Mazda service advisers uniform work shirt
but
My problem is this was purchased in the 70s or 80s as a birthday present to someone i know for the intention of casual wear not as a uniform
What i am asking is- Is it worth keeping this? or this this "rare"?
