Get some water. Staying hydrated is important. Also drinks that keep your electrolytes up. Foods that are easy to eat and don't make a mess, like protein bars. But taking time to get a proper meal is also a good idea. Basic stuff for if you're stuck on the roadside and waiting for help. Always prepare for bad luck to strike. Music-wise, I can recommend Kavinsky, Disneyland After Dark (D:A:D), Daft Punk, Ghost B.C. and Motorhead. But really, good driving music is just your favourites. If you want something a little exotic, Elephant Gym is also good for a chill ride. Get plenty of sleep beforehand.
